Finally to decided to drop a little something during my longer period of not dancing. Had a pretty awakening car crash day before my birthday on Feb 12th, which is actually the day i received news that our dearly loved sister in dance, Marjory Smarth, had past away. This event in which the footage was shot was hosted at Movement Lifestyle by Laure Courtellemont. It was an awesome day of teachers giving back and to also have our local community support donation and time for her fight against cancer. Bless her soul up in heaven.

I enjoyed getting down to J.Cole’s song. I took a different mental meaning of what the original song was about but it worked out and the class loved toning it down a bit mixing it with some freestyle.

Enjoy for your pleasure as i give what i had to give that day and hope this message or the video motivates you. Boxcuttuhz is on the rise again with more focus. Time to come out strong and consistent. Thank you all for your support in all avenues.
