Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, The Grand 1894 Opera House in Galveston, Texas is a major performing arts center presenting an eclectic mix of year-round programming in an intimate, restored 1,000-seat theatre.

The House Manger/Volunteer Coordinator oversees and manages a dynamic volunteer program, as well as all aspects of house management, concessions and housekeeping for all events held at The Grand. Excellent customer service and superior patron relations skills essential; required evening and weekend availability, depending on theatre’s schedule; excellent written and verbal communication skills; computer skills in (among others) Word and Excel, Must be patient and have the ability to train others.
